Abstract
Compatibility of conservation laws and the uncertainty concept is considered. It is shown that the last one does not enter known mathematical sets suitable for physical theory and compatible with conservation laws at the same time. It is established theoretical origin of uncertainty relations, this is connected with the group-theoretic approach. The last one also demonstrates existence of relationship between non-commutativity and irreversibility. Connection of group-theoretic approach with experimental data is also considered.
